Programs

The programs that you find listed below are a part of our regular yearly activities that bring you together with other members for fun, learning, and just general networking.  In addition to this list, your Chamber is constantly “stirring the pot of creativity” by organizing and/or hosting new events in different venues.  With the goal to keep our members engaged and intrigued.

Lunch and Learn
Lunch and Learn is an opportunity for members to learn about ways to build their business.  Often, local political leaders speak and share what is happening in Indianapolis that will have effects on Clinton County not only locally but as a region.  These are near monthly activities that can help members expand their horizons while minimizing their training expenses.  This program is driven by the requests of members.

Business After Hours
Business After Hours events are the area’s premier networking opportunities, offering guests the chance to meet people representing products and services in a relaxed, social setting.  Not only will you meet representatives from the Host company and caterer, but since the events attract hundreds of business community members, there’s no telling who you’ll see!  Register for these exciting events online in the Chamber Calendar.

Banners
Want to get your name out on the street, literally?  Give us a call or drop us an e-mail.  We can design, have manufactured and hang a banner that will give you exposure on St Rd’s 28, 39, 421, 75, as well as downtown and on local streets as well.  Contact the office online or  at 765-654-5507 for rates.

State of the Chamber
A beautiful gathering in January in which we acknowledge the incoming representatives that lead to the position of president, and recognize the efforts of those who are stepping down from their years of service.  In addition, it is a time of fellowship and networking while enjoying a wonderful meal that is provided by local vendors.

Chamber Golf Outing
Many, if not all, of our members have folks on staff who love to go out and beat a dimpled ball around lush grassy areas in hopes of speaking those famous words of Bill Murray from Caddyshack, “it’s in the hole”.  There are prizes for those who play the course, a boxed lunch, and awards event following a day on the course to unwind and enjoy a meal together.

Legislative Breakfast
Ever wonder what the local, county, and state politicians are doing for you as a business owner or industrial manufacturing plant?  Come to our breakfast to hear them speak, ask questions, and express concerns about what is happening in your market and what they can do to help you gain market share.

Career Technical Awards
Every year in the month of April, the Chamber recognizes students within the Clinton County schools that have achieved the high standards that are outlined in the Career and Technical Curriculum.  They are nominated by their educators.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
A ribbon cutting ceremony is a great way to recognize a special event.  The Clinton County Chamber of Commerce is delighted to help your business celebrate with a ceremony and will be happy to facilitate a ribbon cutting.  Grand Openings, monumental anniversaries, relocations, remodeling are all ideal times to have your Chamber, along with local officials and community, celebrate with you.

Chamber Appreciation Lunches
Held in July, before the Hot Dog Festival.  This is another way for the Chamber to say “Thank You” to our members for supporting us with their membership and volunteering for the various community events that the Chamber hosts.
